What we do:
We Assist clients with the activities of daily living. Offer support and companionship to clients. Help clients handle household chores, such as basic cleaning . Communicate with families of clients to apprise them of the client's condition and progress. Advise clients and families on nutrition, hygiene, household activities, and other appropriate areas.
We care for clients with physical, emotional, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health with high challenging behaviour and Down’s syndrome
We provide support, encouragement, and companionship by engaging clients in activities, such as playing games, visiting places, taking walks, or developing companionship,
provides transportation to appointments, supermarket, etc.
We assist clients to and in NHS appointments. We also speak with family to arrange schedule and activities and stay apprised of client's well-being and needs. Moreover, we can assist clients with emergency first aid and mobility as needed, transporting from one location to another with a wheelchair or other form of support. We engage client in muscle stretching and strengthening exercises as needed to improve range of motion. We also dispense and administer medications as directed by medical providers and family member
We can also go on holidays with clients and assist them in leisure activities such as swimming.
We have over 10 years of experience is Social Care and NVQ3 qualification in Social Care.
